Our policy is simple:
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us and we'll replace your item as soon as we can. If we can't replace your items, we'll issue a refund.
Some limitations apply: we can only replace items that are in stock; out-of-print items are excluded; signed or limited edition products will be replaced if we have stock, but once they're gone they're gone.
Pre-orders are for items that have not yet been released – i.e. the street date is in the future. Your order will not ship until nearer to this street date, which can be found clearly spelled out on the item detail page on our store.
If your order contains both pre-order and non-pre-order items:
- For both US and international orders, all items will ship together when they are all available. This helps us keep your shipping costs as low as possible.
We make every effort to ensure that you have your items on or before release date, but in some cases signed, exclusive, or rare items (such as test pressings) may arrive after street date.
All our music is now available on streaming services, and we recommend you enjoy these releases at your service of choice. We no longer offer MP3 downloads with vinyl or CDs for our current releases.
Some of our older releases contain download cards inside the package. If you're having trouble with one of these download cards, please contact us.
We make every effort to get orders out in a timely fashion. During certain times (holiday season, for instance), orders may be delayed due to high order volume.
If your order contains a pre-order, it will ship closer to the release date for that item. Please refer to the product detail page on our store, and read more here.
It depends on what's in your order. We will attempt to package as many items together as we can, but some orders may arrive in multiple parts.
For instance, we can package an LP and a CD together, and those would ship as one. But a poster and an LP have to ship separately, as they won't fit in the same packaging.
Orders take 1-3 business days to process at our fulfillment center, and can take longer during sales. Your order may take longer than usual if you choose USPS Media Mail. This method can take anywhere from 1-14 business days to arrive. If you need your order faster, we offer a variety of other shipping methods.
You should also check that your item is not a pre-order. Pre-orders ship near their release date, so please refer to the release information on the product page for that item in our store.
You can find your order number in the email receipt for your order. If you didn't receive a receipt, please check your email spam folder, or contact us.

Test pressings are an initial run of vinyl pressings intended for the artist and label to ensure quality before an album goes to the press. They are playable on most turntables, just like the retail version of an album. However, many test pressings contain inconsistencies, clicks, pops, dents, scratches, or other imperfections – please be aware of this while ordering! Most fans choose to keep these as collectible items rather than playing them.
Because of the rare nature of test pressings, all test pressing sales are final. We cannot accept any exchanges, refunds, or replacements of any kind, for any reason.
We ship all our orders from the United States, so here's everything you need to know about for orders shipping to locations outside the United States.
Shipping Methods & Info:
First Class Mail International - Using the United States Post Office, this method typically takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks. This shipping method includes delivery confirmation and tracking in most areas, some local postal services use other confirmation services. This method is NOT insured. Since since postal services cannot guarantee delivery confirmation, we will not issue any refunds or send any replacement shipments for lost or late orders. For a more secure shipping method we suggest UPS worldwide services.
Priority Mail International - This method takes 6-10 business days to arrive, and is the most reliable option we offer for international orders. You will receive tracking and delivery confirmation in most areas. This also includes up to $200 in insurance. Please refer to the USPS website for more details.
Customs is where most of the delay happens on international orders. Your package will likely be held at the local post office or customs house until you release it, often by paying import taxes.
Depending on your country’s laws, you might have to pay an import tax. This is based on certain items being over a certain value. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. All import tax, VAT, duties, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs people to find out if you have these taxes and how much they are for.
We will not mark your package as a "sample" or as a "gift."
